Abstract: Under the Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) program, records must be kept and notification report must be developed identifying hazardous waste under 40 CFR 268.7, so that they can be treated to meet the LDR treatment standards under Sec. 268.40. Certifi- cation must indicate treatment has occurred. Variances from the treatment standards must be applied for under Sec. 268.44.
