Abstract: This proposed ICR covers burdens and costs associated with proposed regulatory changes for transmix processing and blending and for alternative methods of conducting quality assurance testing at downstream oxygen blending facilities. These proposed changes grant flexibiity to regulated industry, but do require some additional reporting burden in order to monitor their compliance.
