Abstract: The Commerce Department's Advocacy Center was established to assist U.S. firms compete on foreign government sponsored tenders. The purpose of the Advocacy Questionnaire is to collect the necessary information to determine whether it would be in the U.S. national interest to provide the USG advocacy support requested.
