Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. However, EPA shall continue to inform OMB of each Data Needs Decision made under the pilot program and any necessary or subsequent change to the information collection burde. In addition, if the agency requests further extension of this approval, the agency should provide an update on the statu of all chmeicals included in the pilot.
