Abstract: Data collecton approval is requested to collect information from Title V agencies that were awarded 2005 and 2006 implementation Phase grants under the SECCS Initiative. The collected informa- tion will be used to conduct an assessment that will provide timely feedback on the progress made by the SECCS implementation phase grantees, inform future program planning, and demonstrate accountability to the implementation grant funds.
