Using a multi-method approach (survey,
in-person interviews, focus groups (and based Roger's Diffusion of
Innovations Theory, NIDA seeks to determine the effectiveness of
outreach activities to primary care physicians and other medical
professionals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
