The Quickstart Automated Enrollment System is used to collect direct deposit information from financial institutions to facilitate electronic transmission of data to Federal agencies. This SSA automated process eliminates the need for paper signup forms, telephone requests and in-person contact at SSA offices. The respondents are Social Security recipients and their financial institutions.
