Abstract: States interested in requesting monies for their insurance programs must apply to the Director, OSM. Executive Order 12862 requires agencies to survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want the their level of satisfaction with existing services. The information supplied by this evaluation will determine customer satisfaction with OSM's training program and identify needs of respondents.
