Abstract: The information requested in Revenue Procedure 2003-1 under sections 5.05, 6.07, 8.01, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 8.05, 8.07, 9.01, 10.06, 10.07, 10.09, 11.01, 11.06, 11.07, 12.12, 13.02, 15.02, 15.03, 15.07, 15.08, 15.09, and 15.11 paragraph(B)(1) of Appendix A, and Appendix C, and question 35 of Appendix C, and in Revenue Procedure 2003-3 under sections 3.01(29), 3.02(1) and (3), 4.01 (26), and 4.02(1) and (7)(b) is required to enable the Internal Revenue Service to give advice on filing letter ruling and determination letter requests and to process such requests.
