Students receiving scholarships under
section 204(3) of the Higher Education Act incur a service
obligation to teach in a high-need school in a high-need LEA. This
information collection consists of a contract to be executed with
funds are awarded and a separate teaching verification form to be
used by students to document their compliance with the contract's
conditions.
