Abstract: In order for the Secretary of the Interior to convey lands through relinquishment, gift, exchange, or assignment within or without existing reservations for the purpose of providing land for Indians, certain information must be collected at the time an individual Indian or Tribe applies for conveyance of trust or restricted land or to remove land from trust or restricted status.
