Abstract: The application form is needed to conduct a national competition for the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program for program year 2007. The program provides Federal financial assistance in the form of grants to institutions of higher education and combinations of institutions of higher education for the purpose of providing academic and other support services to prepare low-income, first-generation college students, and students from group underrepresented in doctoral study.
