The Federal Railroad Administration
uses this information to establish standards and procedures for
State participation in investigative and surveillance activities
under the Federal safety laws and regulations.
The burden has increased by
1,516 hours. This increase is solely the result of adjustments.
There were both increases and decreases in estimates for eight
requirements in this collection that amounted to an overall
increase of 1,516 hours.
