Terms of Clearance: The change in cost burden has been reassigned from "agency action" to "adjustment." That is because the change was caused by an adjustment in the estimate rather than any action by the agency (in a regulatory or administrative capacity) that affects the information collection itself. Abstract: The information collected ensures that remotely controlled switches are lined so as to protect the lives and maintain the safety of railroad employees who are working on track in crews or who are occupying camp cars. The information is collected to assure compliance with the Rail Safety Improvement Act of 1988.
