Abstract: These forms are used by respondents to order reproductions of motion picture, audio, and video holdings of the National Archives. NARA uses the information to verify availability of items for copying and pulling items for reproduction. Respondents are individuals, businesses, and government organizations that do research in NARA audiovisual holdings.
