This is a new collection of data to be submitted by applicants seeking a Qualified Trading Partner (QTP) authorization from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The new collection of information augments an existing process for collection of information used by DLA on individuals or companies obtaining DoD personal property identified as U.S. Munitions List (USML) and/or Commerce Control List (CCL) Items. DLA Form 1822, End Use Certificate (EUC), for the disposal of such DoD property. The End Use Certificate has been assigned OMB Control Number 0704-0382.
