Abstract: The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires each state to submit to the Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) a State Plan for the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services program, and the State Supported Employment (SE) Services program, that meets requirements of Sections 101(a) and 625 of the Act. Program funding is contingent on Departmental approval of the State Plan and its supplement.
