These standards apply to affected facilities in secondary aluminum plants that are major sources and area sources including aluminum scrap shredders, thermal chip dryers/delacquering kilns/ decorating kilns, secondary aluminum processing units (SAPUs) composed of in-line fluxers and process furnaces (including both melting and holding furnaces of various configurations), sweat furnaces, dross only furnaces, and rotary dross coolers.
