Telephone survey of representative sample of veterans (n=5000) who have either recently discontinued a phase of the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program (VR&E) or who are still in the program or have completed rehabilitation. Comparisons will help VA determine if timely interventions can be made to keep veterans in the program.
