Other Change**The burden increase is due to an increase in the number of respondents to this collection during FY 2007. The forms in this collection are used to collect information every year from state and local governments. Every fifth year, as part of the five-year census of governments, the forms are sent to the universe of state and local governments. In other years, the forms are sent to only a sample of governments. The usage of the information collection forms for this census-related purpose is fully explained and documented in our December 2004 formal information collection request.
