Short Statement: The decrease in total burden of 1 hour and the increase in total cost burden of $1,800 are due to adjustments. The change in burden hours is due to an adjustment in how the Commission calculates reporting burdens. The increase in cost burden reflects a change in the hourly cost from $300 per hour to $400 per hour and an adjustment in how the Commission calculates cost burdens.
