Short Statement: The changes in burden resulted by the number of Damage Assessment Report received which vary from year to year based on the type of diaster and funding that are linked to counties having been declared a diaster area. Changes will continue to occur as a result of number of Secreatairl natural disaster request received which themselves could result in an adjustment upward or downward of respondents.
