The increase of 5,687 hours
from 21,812 to 27,499 hours in the number of Categorical Exclusions
(Class 1) reflects current information based on FY 2005 program
activity. This figure also includes FSA Categorical Exclusions
inadvertently not reflected in the FY 2003 submittal.
