The application form is needed to conduct a national competition for the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program for program year 2002-03. The program provides grants to institutions of higher education and combinations of such institutions to establish and operate projects designed to provide disadvantaged college students with effective preparation for doctoral study.
