Abstract: EIA-1605 form is designed to collect voluntarily reported data on greenhouse gas emissions, achieved reductions of these emissions, and carbon fixation. Data will be used to establish a publicly available database. Respondents are participants in a domestic or foreign activity that either reduces greenhouse gas emissions or increases sequestration.

Short Statement: The burden increase (program change) is due to the implementation of enhanced Guidelines for this Form, EIA-1605(b) orchestrated in conjuntion with DOE's Office of Policy, Office of Managment and Budge, and the Energy Information Administration +3,000 hours, and burden decrease (program change)-2,000 hours is due to the elimination of the EIA-1605(EZ) form. The burden decrease (adjustment) is due to the fact that fewer respondents are expected to report. Therefore, there is an overall increase of 860 hours.
