This revision consists of creating a second form to be used for Single Family Housing. The original HUD 935.2a is used by Multifamily Housing only. The increase in responses is due to the number of respondents. The manner of reporting the number of responses has been revised. Previously only updates were reported. Since the AFHM Plan- Multifamily Housing (935.21) should be reviewed and updated every 5 years the reviews are also included in the total responses.
