Short Statement: Per the last Terms of Clearance & to meet the provisions of PL 106-107, the Per Diem Only portion of this grant application was streamlined to provide a fully electronic capability for the completion and submission of associated forms through Grants.gov. The remainder of this data collection will soon be streamlined, if appropriate, submitted to OMB for approval.
