Abstract: Section 101.103, Frequency Coordination Procedures include reporting requirements and third party disclosure burdens. Section 101.1011, Construction Requirements and Criteria for Renewal Expectancy requires Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) licensees seeking renewal must submit a showing to explain why renewal of the license is warranted. Renewal applications must be filed once every ten years.
