IMLS has
submitted this survey request after correcting ROCIS problems with
the previous submission for ICR reference number 200612-3137-001.
IMLS agrees to report back to OMB halfway through the
administration of this survey on progress made in achieving the 80%
response rate. At that point, IMLS and OMB will discuss whether
further steps are necessary to improve the response rate. OMB has
also removed the cost burdens from the agency burden estimate,
since they are based on the time burden.
