Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to establish restrictions on the interstate movement of nursery stock from nurseries in nonquarantined areas in California, Oregon, and Washington

Emergency Justfication: This action is necessary as an emergency to prevent the spread of P. ramorum outside quarantined areas in CA, OR, and infected nursery sites in CA, OR, WA.
