The purpose of this collection is to
collect information about meat brokers, poultry brokers, renderers,
animal food manufacturers, wholesales, warehousemen, and persons
engaged in the business of buying, selling, transporting in
commerce, or importing any dead, dying, disabled, or diseased
livestock or poultry or parts of the carcasses of of livestock and
poultry that died otherwise than by slaughter.

The initial information
collection required all firms to submit a form. This is a burden
decrease from 1,521 hours to 150 hours because only new firms and
firms that need to revise their registration forms need to
respond.
