This data collection will support HHS's effort to document implementation lessons from the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative. Sinced the OK Marriage Initiative is the largest and most lonstanding intervention of its kind, this evaluation will fill a gap in our understanding of the implications of implementation decisions in marriage programming. Information will be collected through structured interviews and focus groups with program developers, practioners, and participants.
