collection provision associated with the proposed rule on Revised
Regulations for Records Relating to Visual Depictions of Sexually
Explicit Conduct are not approved at this time. DOJ shall examine
public comment in response to the Proposed Rule and will describe
in the preamble of the final rule how the agency has maximized the
practical utility of the collection and minimized the burden.

This rule proposes to amend the
record-keeping, labeling, and inspection requirements of 28 CFR
Part 75 to account for changes in the underlying statute made by
Congress in enacting the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act
of 2006.
