Abstract: Under title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, State and local governments are required to operate each service, program or activity so that the service, program or activity when viewed in its entirely is readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities (program accessibility). If structural changes to existing facilities are required a public entity that employs 50 or more persons must develop a transition plan.

Short Statement: The intially entered figure of 10 responses per respondent was incorrectly transcribed. The actual figure is 1 response per respondent. The correct annual hours is 48,000. The adjustment of (8,000) hours reflects the decrease in the number of respondents who are noncompliant with title II of the ADA.
