ETA 652, 655 and 682 are used to
obtain information for screening and enrollment purposes to
determine eligibility for the Job Corp program in accordance with
the requirements of the Workforce Investment Act. They concern
questions of economic critea, past behavior problems and to certify
an applicant's arrangements for care of a dependent chil(ren) while
the applicant is in Job Corps
ETA has made no material
changes to this collection of information, the forms remain
unchanged since the last submission to OMB. The reduction in burden
hours is an adjustment resulting from a reduced number of
respondents (i.e., Job Corp applicants).
