Abstract: In the First Report and Order, FCC-02-286, MM Docket No. 99-35, the Commission requires radio station licensees to provide information relative to implementation of interim hybrid digital operations. The data are used by Commission staff to provide guidance on the rate of transition from analog to digital radio broadcasting in various radio markets.
