USAID states they plan to phase out this commodity import program over the next two years since only Egypt is currently utilizing the information collection. After that, it will be maintained only as an authority should conditions require its use again. If the IC is still being utilized in 3 years and the agency does not have this form automated; USAID must include an exploratory report of electronic submission methods along with an examination of why these options are not feasible for USAID with their next ICR submission.
