The Integrity Profile (TIP) Data Collection
It was discovered during the last review for the Information Collection Budget that cost associated with capital and start-up costs were reported incorrectly.
The costs reported should have been identified as $600 per respondent, not the $600,000 reported for the entire collection ($600 reported was converted in to thousands of dollars, thus the $600,000 figure). The correct dollar amount is $53,400. This figure is derived from the 89 respondents incurring a $600 annual cost associated with system code modifications.
This no material or non substantive change to this currently approved ICR is being submitted to revise the annual burden costs ($600,000) identified to $53,400.
