Abstract: This new collection is formed from two existing forms, formerly approved under OMB Control No.: 0648-0515, and one new form. This collection is set apart because it consists of crab report forms. The OMB Control No.: 0648-0515 collection now consists of only eLandings for several different fisheries.

This action also contains a program change, creation of a new form, the CR crab buyer report (30 hours, $75). RCRs submit this report annually near the end of the fishing year instead of reporting the price at time of landing through the eLandings landing report (see OMB Control No.: 0648-0515).
