JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE
The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) has developed a New User Customer Satisfaction Feedback Questionnaire. DTIC estimates they will have 7200 new users
and that it will take each new user 3 minutes for a total of 360 hours to provide them feedback. Currently, DTIC does not have enough burden hours for their generic ICR to cover this requirement. Therefore, this change request is being processed to add additional respondents and burden hours to the generic ICR.
