Abstract: This evaluation will assess the effectiveness of the National Centers of Excellence in Womens Health Program contracts. Specifically, the outcomes-based research questions will ask: "Overall, do women seen at CoEs perceive their clinical care to be better than those who receive healthcare elsewhere: Outreach surveys will assess community impacts.
