Abstract: To enable the Department to promote the accountability of projects funded under this program, grantees are required to submit to the Secretary a final performance report that: (1) Summarizes project progress with respect to the specific, measurable goals, objectives, and outcomes proposed in the management plan; and Summarizes project impact with respect to the achievement of participants, as measured by a range of appropriate performance measures, as identified below; Identified barriers to progress as well as solutions, and Provides information about the project’s about the project’s success in identifying funding to sustain its operations after the cessation of the grant.

Short Statement: This decrease in burden hours is directly related to the difference in the number of 2004 grantees and the number of current 2005 grantees. Funds for the CTC program were not included in the President’s FY 2006 and FY 2007 budgets. However, fourteen FY 2005 grantees still have ongoing activities that will be completed July 31, 2007. Therefore there is a decrease in burden from 39,600 to 336 hours.
