1. The social security number shall be removed from the form that requests it. 2. According to #15 of the supporting statement, the change in burden is actually a mixture of program change and adjustment, contrary to the tabular response uploaded. I have corrected. Don't automatically insert the change data in the "due to agency discretion" column. There are a total of four alternative for changes in burden; consider each. Data on burden change should be submitted correctly in the future. Incorrect or inconsistent submission will require modifying the submission or, if this is not done, resubmission.

Changing Regulations
The burden decreased by a total of 2,581 hours. There were both adjustments and program changes. As a result of adjustments to earlier estimates for four requirements, the burden decreased by four (4) hours. As a result of program changes affecting eight requirements, the burden decreased by 2,577 hours. Essentially, these eight requirements are now covered under DOT's Part 40 and its associated Information Collection.
