Notice of Benefit Determination
According t o our records you do not have sufficient railroad compensation t o
qualify for normal benefits in the current benefit year. However, you may now
receive benefits based on an extension of your previous benefit year. The beginning and ending dates of your extended period are shown above.

An extended benefit period runs for 7 consecutive registration periods during
which a maximum of 65 days of benefits are payable if a n employee has 120 to
179 months of railroad service; or 13 registration periods with a maximum of
130 days of benefits if t h e employee has 180 or more months of service.
According t o our records you do not have a t least 180 months of railroad service. If you believe you have 180 or more months of service, please complete
and return the enclosed Form UI-23.
If you think our records are wrong and that you are qualified for benefits in the
current benefit year, complete and return the enclosed Form UI-9.
