This collection of information is
necessary to enable OTS to determine whether a savings association
has implemented a program reasonably designed to assure and monitor
compliance with the currency recordkeeping and reporting
requirements established by Federal statute and U.S. Department of
Treasury regulations.
The burden hours for this
information collection decreased 2,319 hours (from 25,839 to 23,520

savings associations (from 891 to 840).
