Abstract: This submission is for the collection of data for the project “Assessing the Needs of State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies and State Rehabilitation Councils for Technical Assistance.” The data collection to be approved includes two needs assessment forms, one for State VR agencies and one for State Rehabilitation Councils. The project’s central purpose is to identify technical assistance needs and preferred methods for receiving that assistance in order to improve the performance of the State VR programs, the effectiveness of SRCs, and ultimately, the outcomes of individuals with disabilities served by the VR program.
