Short Statement: The NRC/FLAS and the LRC programs will not hold competitions until FY 2010, and the applicatin packages will not be needed for the collection of information until Sept. 2009. These application packages will not be used for the collection of data until after they are submitted for OMB clearance in FY 2009. The AORC program will not hold a competition until FY 2011, and this application package will not be needed for the collection of information until Sept. 2010. It will be submitted for OMB clearance in FY 2010. This package originally held 7 discretionary graant applications, we are changing it hold only 4.
