The FAFSA4caster is a new tool being added to FAFSA on the web. It is a tool to inform high school juniors and their families of their estimated EFC and inform them if they will be eligible for a Federal PELL Grant. It will also reduce the time needed to complete the FAFSA in their Senior year. The estimate is that 834,750 juniors will use the tool which takes 25 minutes to complete. The burden hour increase of 350,595 is due to the addition of this new tool.
