reimbursement under the education programs VA administers for a
licensing or certification test, must apply for that
reimbursement.
OMB desk officer
requested VA to withdraw the ICR and resubmitted for an emergency
approval. Once approved, VA will resubmit the ICR through the
normal process. VA's OMB desk officer waived the 30-day Federal
Register notice.
This is a new collection in
connection with an application for reimbursement for newly
allowable educational benefit (reimbursement for cost of licensing
or certification tests).
