Abstract: Servicemembers who wish to receive educational assistance under the Montgomery GI bill--Active Duty to supplement tuition assistance received from the Department of Defense, must apply to VA.

Emergency Justfication: OMB desk officer requested VA to withdraw the ICR and resubmitted for an emergency approval. Once approved, VA will resubmit the ICR through the normal process. VA's OMB desk officer waived the 30-day Federal Register notice.
